Mr. Keane is the firm's principal point of contact. He coordinates the day-to-day work with the client directing oversight services related to tank testing, failure response and developing documentation for the client and regulatory agencies. Mr. Keane has an extensive background in underground storage tank design, corrective action projects, environmental compliance auditing, Phase I audits, subsurface investigations, SEQRA and various other issues.
