Ms.Savo-Matthews is responsible for the implementation of subsurface investigative work to assess the nature and extent of contaminant releases. In pursuit of the collection of such samples, she directs the work of well drillers and the construction of monitoring wells. In addition she is responsible for laboratory health and safety procedures and practices. She conducts detailed RCRA (Resource Conservation and Recovery Act)  inspections to insure compliance. She has served as a site safety officer on various environmental projects.
