GIS/Database Developer
- Bachelor's degree in Geography/GIS/CS or related field
- General understanding or interest in the environmental/civil engineering field
- Proficiency in: o VB .Net o MS Access o SQL Server or SQL Express
- Knowledge and experience with ESRI ArcGIS products heavily preferred
- Proven experience designing, implementing, and deploying SQL databases or geodatabases
- Experience developing custom SQL queries and/or custom GIS tools
- ArcGIS Server Application development and deployment preferred
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
